Hi guys Lizzie here, I recently put this website up to tell others like me about my story.

So this is how it all started…

From a young age I’ve always been overweight. My parents didn’t really care about my weight, but as soon as High School started it suddenly became a problem to me.

Although I was considered quite popular, none of the boys found me attractive. I gave a lot of guys the signs but they all seemed to be interested in my friends.

My friends were getting all the boys calling them up, asking them out and chatting away in classes and hallways. I simply got NO ATTENTION.

I found that when I tried talking to guys their mind just wondered and they just were not interested.

It was soon obvious the guys were just not attracted to me and let’s face it, your looks mean everything these days. I am sure you can relate. I then went on a mission to lose my weight…I was going to do whatever it took…! I started exercising, stopped carbs, weightwatchers, pills, about 10 different diets and guess what my fat was just not shifting :(

We are now in Senior Year, and I am still overweight and no boyfriend. I then got REALLY desperate, and one day I went home and typed into the Internet “How To Become Anorexic.”  In my mind, I thought anorexic people are skinny so surely they knew how to lose weight.

So for the next year I dedicated my life to the anorexic routines. And OMG, it was crazy! Basically you had to starve yourself and if you ate anything, you would have to puke it out…it was so painful. I started to lose weight but omce I stopped starving and puking, the weight came straight back on. WHAT WAS THE POINT IN THAT?? So to sum it up it was probably the most horrible experience of my life and no person on this earth should be doing it. You are torturing your body and at the same time you are depressed all the time. There had to be a better way, but I began to lose faith…maybe I was destined to be overweight :(

College started and I decided to “accept” my weight. It was not going so I thought I might as well try to live with it…This worked for a while where I did get a few drunk snogs from some ugly guys but inside I was unhappy. You cannot maintain fake all the time.

My story continues below…

After college, I became a make-up artist and was working at the local department store. This was a job where I was in charge and my body would not affect my performance as much. Besides, the job was fun as I could transform an ordinary woman into something beautiful. My work had been recognised, and I soon accepted an offer to do the make-up for a modelling agency. This was a huge step for me.

On my first day, I was shocked to see how stunning these women were – their toned bodies -  perfectly shaped legs, nice curved buttocks and cellulous-free thighs. It was very intimidating and to be honest, I was very jealous of them.

Being around these women made me conscious again about my body…Not only were they attractive, they had an aura of confidence which made them really stand out from the normal person. They all seemed happy with their job, relationship and also content within themselves.

It took me 3 months to adjust to my new job as I was now spending time with a new breed of inspiring women…I was use to hanging around with ordinary women or women low of self-esteem.

Once I settled down, I started to build good relationships with some of the women…And that is when I began to learn things which changed my life forever! Everyday, when I did the make-up for these women, I would ask them as many questions as possible about how they lost weight and kept fit. I had a little scrap book which I kept beside me and once I had enough information I began to take action!

And the results – they were incredible! After trying about 20 different weight loss products/diets and even learning how to become anorexic, I FINALLY found something that worked! I called it “The Secret Anorexic Diet” as it reminded me of food which I ate on the days when I was learning how to be anorexic, but this time I was not starving myself or puking it out. I was eating foods which burned my fat, at the right times of the day and in the right amounts. And at the same time I avoided foods which stopped the fat burning process. The information has taken me over 10 years to discover.

And the results….I lost 30 pounds in 30 days!

And I just kept on going until I hit my ideal weight :)

And the great thing…the models also taught me the easy steps to maintain it too!

The truth of the matter is…you being overweight is not your fault.

You’ve simply been following the wrong information…Like when I learnt “How To Become Anorexic.”

You’re likely eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you’re also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

Think closely about what I’m about to tell you, since it’s going to change the way you think about dieting…

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT.   You don’t get fat because of a lack of exercising, that’s a myth.  You get fat because you don’t eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills.   This is true because your body is like an “engine” and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don’t eat the right foods at the right times then it won’t burn those calories — and you’ll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint:  You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight, but we’ll show you the details later).

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact.  And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

It’s not really any more complicated than that, and the way to start losing weight has nothing to do with starving yourself or jogging.

me Hey, my name's Lizzie and I made this website to help women get the body they always wanted in a healthy and easy way. I developed anorexia for a certain amount of time and hated every second of it. Every day was a challenge. Just walking past a plate of food sent me to tears or worse.
